A small stage area will be set up near the dinning shelter for the bands to perform. We want to present a variety of bands and welcome their contribution of talent to round out the schedule. Volunteering to perform on our stage will be considered each performing band member’s donation for the weekend. We recognize that every band has auxiliary members that accompany them to their gigs. It is our policy that these supporting friends & family are not exempt from donating through on-line preregistration or contributing cash at the gate.

We need your help setting up on Friday afternoon or tearing down on Sunday morning and probably sometime in between we’re not even aware of. Donations of your resources and time is critical to the ongoing success of the Stringband Rendezvous. Contact Garry to sign up.

Anyone not pre-registered prior to May 25th, 2009, will need to complete a registration form at the gate.
Everyone is expected to contribute something towards the weekend. If you are not playing on stage or have arranged to volunteer, your cash donation will be collected at the gate, upon your arrival. Minimum cash donation is $8 per day, per person. Each daily pass is good until midnight. If you are spending the night, please make a donation for two days of $16. If you are camping and spending both nights with us, please make a donation for 3 days of $24.
Wristbands will be issued at the gate and must be worn by everyone on site.
There is a small inventory of 2008 t-shirts available for purchase. $10 each includes postage & handling.
