Join us May 29, 30 and 31, 2009 for the Sixth Annual Stringband Rendezvous

The Sixth Annual Stringband Rendezvous will be held at Clinton Lake, near Lawrence, KS. We can’t wait to see you there! It will be a fun weekend of great music and camping. The Stringband Rendezvous is a non-commercial private party.  We don’t advertise or promote this weekend as a festival.  There are no vendors on site.

We extend an open invitation to those who enjoy acoustic Americana music and who agree to operate within a few simple guidelines. If you invite anyone to join you for the weekend, have them visit this website or at the very least make them aware that:

First and foremost, this is a family friendly event. No drugs or alchohol abuse. Kids are welcome, but please, leave your pets at home.
Second, everyone is expected to contribute in some way to the event. If you haven’t pre-arranged with Garry to donate your time, talent, or some other resource, then we suggest a minimum cash donation of $8 per day or $16 for each night of camping, per person. (Children accompanied by parent and under 16, excluded.)
Third, all attendees will need to register at the gate and wear a wristband while on site.

Read about the campground, check out the band schedule, and then register today!
